Hi, I'm Emily Erb. I'm an exercise physiologist and women's health coach with over 15 years of experience helping women build a healthier relationship with food, movement, and themselves by teaching women how to build the confidence to make decisions they can stand behind—without chasing perfection, extremes, or someone else's rules.

After years in the fitness industry, I realized women don't need more information—they're surrounded by it. They need a way to cut through the noise, stop second-guessing every decision, and trust themselves again.

My work goes far beyond macros or meal plans. I help women let go of perfectionism, break free from the cycle of starting over, and build habits that are sustainable because they fit real life—not because they're perfect.

I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident without earning her food, chasing extremes, or wondering if she's doing enough.

When women stop outsourcing trust to the next diet, influencer, or set of rules, everything changes. They stop obsessing over food, they gain confidence in their choices, and they create results that actually last.

That's the conversation I love having, and it's the message I hope every woman hears.

Why This Conversation Matters

Women have never had more access to health information—yet they've never felt more confused.

They're overwhelmed by conflicting advice, caught in the cycle of starting over, and convinced they're the problem.

I believe they're not lacking discipline—they're lacking clarity and confidence.

My mission is to help women build a healthier relationship with food, movement, and themselves by teaching them how to make decisions they can trust—without chasing perfection, extremes, or someone else's rules.

Because when women stop outsourcing trust in themselves, everything changes.
