Hi, I'm Emily!

I'm an Exercise Physiologist, Coach, founder of Em's Empowerment Coaching, host of Stop It Podcast, but most importantly a wife and mom of 2! 

I am a girl boss who wants to inspire and empower women to live the best version of themselves and will continue to live in a world where a nightly treat during couch goals will always exist. 

Most days you can find me trying to balance my life: project manager of my household, Uber driver to and from school and sporting events for my boys, early am wake up calls to get in a quick work out, going for walks while listening to some of my favorite podcasts (Biceps After Babies & of course mine, Stop It), date nights with Big Kev, dance parties and of course running Em's Empowerment Coaching. 

If you are like most women, you know running on an empty cup never ends up going well... and maybe that's why you are here. Because you are ready to invest in yourself, so that you can show up in the best version of you for the people that matter most.
