 How were you doing things before we started working together?
Before I started my coaching journey, I was doing my best to eat what I thought was healthy, but I had never taken the time to truly learn what fueled my body. I wasn’t controlling my portion sizes and I wasn’t being mindful about my hunger cues, or eating foods that would keep me full.
What were some of the most impactful things we did together?
Setting my starting macros was so impactful for me! Taking control over this part of my life and seeing the results from the choices I was making in real time really helped me buy into this process. I’m also so glad I took progress pictures throughout my cut. This was something that scared me in the beginning but I was so proud of myself in the end.
How are you doing things now?
Now I’m able to track my foods easily and I have meals and snacks that I know will fit my macros and keep me full. I enjoy experimenting with new high protein recipes and I feel so much more energized throughout the day.
What would you tell someone who’s thinking of working with me, but is on the fence?
Do it!!! Investing in yourself is SO IMPORTANT. You will never regret learning the lessons and tools that will truly transform your life.
